·         In case of a damaged product, we will replace it with a new one.

6. Non-Eligible Items: Please note that certain items are not eligible for exchange, including:

·         Products that are not in their original condition.

·         Items without their tags intact.

·         Products that are returned after the specified period of 7 days.

7. Refund Policy: We currently do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and our team will work with you to address any concerns you may have regarding your purchase. That is why we are offering a 7 days Exchange Option.
